When I first joined Prudential in 2002, PRULIA was already a symbol of unity, strength, and the unwavering spirit of the agency force — an association founded not by obligation, but by the passion and dedication of agency leaders who believed in safeguarding the welfare, rights, and voices of all members.

Today, standing here as President, I am both humbled and deeply grateful for the trust and confidence that our members, advisors, and committee have placed in me. This role is not a personal achievement, but a responsibility — a responsibility to serve, to lead, and to amplify the collective voice of the agency force.

With the support of the most trustworthy committee team, the guidance of our highly respected advisors, and the unwavering commitment from every PRULIA member, I am confident that we will continue to elevate PRULIA to even greater heights — not only as the largest agency association in Malaysia but as the most respected, united, and influential in the region.
